2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the natural, personal-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery

  • Products purchased during a sale or promotion unless defective

 

3. How to Request a Return
